Cancer Awareness Holidays in September

With the number of diseases and health conditions people suffer from each year such as cancer, it is important to bring awareness to these conditions.

By having awareness, we not only show support for those who are suffering from these conditions but also find ways to fund charities that are looking to find a cure or give access to necessary treatments for those who cannot afford them.

In the month of September, we  commemorate and support National Blood Cancer Awareness Month, Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month, Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, and many more that can be found here

MedPro Waste Disposal prides itself on working with various causes, including the American Cancer Society, that supports and funds organizations looking to find a cure for conditions that affect people all over the world.

One thing every person can do is to educate themselves on the signs to look for so it can be treated early by a professional and increase the likelihood of beating it.

Take Away:

At MedPro Waste Disposal we value our customers, but we also value our brand, meaning, it is important to us that we clearly communicate our mission and our values.

Chemotherapy treatments are considered hazardous waste and we have serviced multiple clients who dispose of chemotherapy waste. When we work with a client, we learn about the exact type of waste we are disposing of and the amount they need disposed of.

As we continued to gain more clients that dealt with chemotherapy waste the more, we wanted to help related causes to both support our clients as well as the community.

It is critical to remember that we have the power to give back to the community which is why we have supported multiple both medical and non-medical causes. MedPro aims to put the needs of both of our customers and others before our company and try to use our platform for good.

As we are approaching September, we encourage our customers to keep personal health a priority and have access to sources that can help!
