This answer is easy – the people. Sure, we are a fast growing company and there’s tons of opportunity here, but as we all know, we spend more time with our colleagues than our own families at times. The relationships I have built and continue to build, both professionally and personally, make coming to work a pleasure, not a dread.

My family is what drives me to be successful every day. As a person who did not come from much, waking up every day knowing I can present my children with opportunities that I did not have growing up is a force to be reckoned with.
Growth is what inspires me. This can be in any form. For example, watching a newer employee really hit the ground running and helping them achieve their potential is a wonderful experience. Or, it could be seeing how far the company as a whole can reach new heights through customer growth, new products, and team building events.
Outside of work you can find me enjoying time with my family doing all sorts of activities to keep the kids busy, at the gym, watching sports (Cubs, Bears, Bulls, Blackhawks), or binge watching a new TV show while sipping a glass of bourbon or a beer.
